ADMISSIONS
Applications for the online Master's in Music Education are accepted five times per year. Applicants will be reviewed for admission on the strength of their ability for graduate studies, based upon the following criteria:
- Show completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Music or Music Education.
- Complete School of Music Graduate School Online Application
- Submit official transcripts of all schools attended
- Present professional portfolio including:
- Three professional letters of recommendation
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal statement indicating goals in pursuing a graduate degree
- Professional paper in music or music education
- International students applying to the Master's program must have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper) 213 (computer) or 100 (internet)
