A Number of Financial Aid Options are Available to Help Fund Your Education
FINANCIAL AID
For many students, financial assistance is essential in funding their education. Our goal is to ensure that all students with the drive and determination to complete our professional programs have the opportunity to do so.
As a Boston University student, you may be eligible for federal student aid in the form of grants, scholarships, and educational loans. There is no cost to apply for financial assistance, and you may qualify for a student loan regardless of your income.
In general, you must meet the following criteria for eligibility:
- Be accepted as a degree-seeking student, or
- Be making satisfactory academic progress
- Be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident alien enrolled at least half time (6 credits)
- Not be in default on prior student loans
- Not owe a repayment or overpayment of a federal grant
